6″ x 2″ x 1″ Unmounted ALUMINUM OXIDE Flap Wheel

6″ X 2″ X 1″ Unmounted Aluminum Oxide Flap Wheels are made with premium X-Flexed cotton cloth. They are versatile abrasive that can be used in the shop for many different finishing tasks.

Unmounted large flap wheels can conform to most shapes and are especially effective on pipes, tubes, and other cylindrical workpieces. So, if you have a flat or irregular surface made of metal, wood, rubber, fiberglass, or plastic that you need to grind, blend, deburr, clean, polish, or sand the 6 inches by 2inch by 1 inch flapper wheel is the abrasive you’re looking for. The flaps of this flap wheel are arranged in a circular fan shape around the center arbor hole.

This aluminum oxide flap wheel is an ideal sander wheel for grinding and polishing rust and paint on flat or contoured surfaces. These unmounted flap wheels are commonly used in metalworking and woodworking, deburring, and finishing tools for metal, wood, and rubber.
