4-1/2″ x 5/8″-11 Resin Fiber Disc Backing Pad

Use in combination with any resin fiber discs that have a 4-1/2” shape.

Made with high quality plastic and feature spiral raised ribs for cooling while in use. Each backing pad also features air holes to provide additional cooling to further extend the life of each resin fiber disc. These rigid plastic backing pads are lighter than their rubber alternative and can be used at a higher RPM. Each backing plate includes a lock nut. 

This Resin Fiber Disc Backing Pad is excellent for most aggressive grinding applications, especially for coarse grit sanding. These resin fiber disc backing pads are made with a solid thermo-plastic compound and are more rigid, making them perfect for some severe stock removal.
