3/8″ x 1-1/2″ x 1/8″ TAPERED Cartridge Roll Aluminum Oxide – 10 Pack

3/8″ x 1-1/2″ x 1/8″ Tapered Cartridge Roll are MADE IN USA with aluminum oxide grains, which is a great general-purpose abrasive for blending, deburring, and polishing high-tensile materials and ferrous alloys. Cartridge rolls are pieces of abrasive cloth rolled together tightly and glued together in either a straight or tapered shape. They are used on a mandrel, on high-speed tools, to sand/grind those tight, hard-to-reach areas that other abrasives can’t hit.

The tapered cartridge roll is an aluminum oxide-coated abrasive, glued into a cone shape that is attached to a mandrel and meant to be used on a drill or hand-guided die grinder. This cone construction offers the user precision grinding in tight areas. These cartridge rolls are ideal for sanding and finishing.
