10” 80 TOOTH TCT SAW BLADE FOR STEEL/METAL

Benchmark Abrasives 10″ 80 Tooth TCT Saw Blade for Steel/Metal features a specially formulated carbide that lasts longer and leaves clean, burr-free cuts in all types of ferrous metals such as Cast Iron, Steel, Stainless, Steel, Titanium, Nickel and Wrought Iron. It produces very few sparks and little heat, allowing the cut material to be handled quickly.

TCT Saw Blades for Metals are made from tungsten carbide teeth to fit circular saws and cut steel or aluminum. This Metal cutting blade allows easy cutting through metal rods, rebar, steel sheets, steel pipes, channels, and lasts longer than abrasive discs. The TCT saw blade is specifically designed for cutting metal tubing, pipes, rails, nickel, zirconium, cobalt, and titanium-based metal. These cutting saw blades are ideal for cross-cutting wood plastic aluminum metal cutting. It is suitable for high-precision plastic and soft-metal cutting delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts.

Safety Tips/techniques:

• We do not recommend cutting hardened materials of stainless steel.
• NEVER run the blade on a saw that is rated higher than the MAX RPM stated on the blade
• Running your blade on a higher RPM saw is not only dangerous, but it will also reduce the lie of the blade significantly.  We suggest 5,200 RPM
• Blades with fewer teeth tend to provide a faster cut with a less finished edge.  For finer finishes choose blades with more overall teeth count.
• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
