Safety Tips/techniques:

  • We do not recommend cutting hardened materials of stainless steel.
  • NEVER run the blade on a saw that is rated higher than the MAX RPM stated on the blade
  • Running your blade on a higher RPM saw is not only dangerous, but it will also reduce the lie of the blade significantly.  We suggest 5,200 RPM
  • Blades with fewer teeth tend to provide a faster cut with a less finished edge.  For finer finishes choose blades with more overall teeth count.
  • Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasseshearing protectionrespirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
  • Extend the life of your blades with Benchmark Abrasives saw blade lubricant. Faster Cuts, Sharper Teeth, Longer Blade Life!!!
