1″ x 1″ (1/4″ shaft) Felt Flap Wheels are a very versatile buffing product made with100% Australian wool. Choose the correct buffing compound or polishing paste and they can get a perfect finish on most materials including ferrous& non-ferrous materials as well as stones, plastics, and glass.

These felt flap wheels are used in the final stage of polishing for a high gloss or mirror finish. These polishing flap wheels are designed to be used with polishing paste or compound and is an ideal choice for polishing plastics, stone, glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other material.

Safety Tips & Techniques:

• Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.
• Keep your flap wheels clean and store them properly to ensure they are reusable for future projects.
• If you are using different polishing compounds on the same surface, we suggest wiping down the surface each time you change compounds to ensure you don’t mix the cutting stage compounds with the finishing stage compounds.
• The arbors on the buffing wheels are 1”.  If you are in need of additional sized arbros grab one of our adapters.
